SHIPPING INFORMATION

☆ Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping once your order has been placed. The weekends are not included in the shipping time.

☆ You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam folder for the email if you have not received it.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double check your address when ordering. We are not responsible for items that are shipped out with the incorrect address that was sumbitted by you.

☆ If you submitted an order with an incorrect address please contact us at [email protected]. We will try our best to help you with the situation.

☆ The best option would be to cancel your order before the packaging process begins.

RETURN POLICY

All SALES ARE FINAL, thus returns and refunds are not offered. If any mistake is made on our end, it will be resolved on our behalf. Exchanges are offered if an item arrives damaged or bent, and your order will be reshipped to you.

☆ We are not held accountable for any lost or stolen packages.

☆ Any product that receives damage during shipment will be replaced upon notification within the recommended timeframe. If you receive your order and products are damaged please email us at [email protected] immediately upon arrival date with your order number, description of product damage along with a picture of the damaged products. Once reviewed you will receive an email from us in regards to what the next steps will be.

☆ You will have 14 days upon shipment arrival date to claim your product replacement. Failure to send an email within those 14 days will result in your order not being replaced.
